So yesterday I had to go to a “Schlaflabor”. I do have sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder where breathing is repeatedly interrupted or becomes shallow during sleep due to a blocked airway. It can lead to symptoms like snoring and daytime fatigue. Treatment involvesa CPAP machine (continuous positive airway pressure), to maintain open airways and improve sleep quality. So I have to make controls with my machine every two years in the hospital. That’s why I was yesterday there.
The night was long. I woke up several times. The pain in my upper chest was waking me up. I fell asleep at about 2 am and could finally stand up at 6 am and could leave the hospital. For “celebrating” I went to a bar and bought me a croissant, a cappuccino and a orange spremuta (freshly squeezed orange juice). So that was my sweet of the day.
I am really new to this blogging. So it will get better in the future. I might also change some posts. Well, we’ll see.
