Elephant in the room

Already before I started the new therapy with Mounjaro I started losing weight “massively”. In a month according to my scales. But it showed me that already before and when I went to my nutrionist I didn’t lose a single gram. Very strange.

Now I am drinking a lot – also recommended when one takes Mounjaro. Mounjaro should lower the long time sugar value HbA1c. But it also helps people with diabetes to lose weight. Which, Ozempic, funnily enough – because a lot of people took it for losing weight – didn’t help for people with diabetes.

Hope I get under 200 kg on my scales within July
