Update April 2024

It is so hard to find something interesting to write. I lost 2 kgs.

But as far as nutrition goes not really to tell any news. And on the web – well – you find everything. From only-meat-eater to vegans. And all in the middle.

I have

2 days of non-meat,

5 times salad/veggies in a week

only one sweet thing per day

That’s it.
